went to my colleague's wedding ytd (sat)...
i still find that wedding dinner is boring...

anyway, the hotel service is really really bad...
though i know ive a high standard for service line...
but i think this is almost the worst that ive seen...
considering it as a hotel...
shall not name the hotel here...

to summarise it...
first... their napkins got holes...
second... they placed salt only on the table when serving shark fins...
third... when asked for pepper, the container for the pepper is actually the same as the salt!
[one hole de... by right, shld be for salt...]
fourth... i saw one waitress pour beer till onto the floor...
fifth... the way they serve are very poor [long story though]...
for the wedding...
i love the cartoon illustration of how the two of them meet n fall in love...
i like the idea that they have to sing on stage... the song which he used to propose to her...
i like the video for the chinese traditional ceremony held in the morning...
i also like the idea of putting their parent wedding & honeymoon pics in a slideshow...
and they also give toast/thanks to their parents...
which is very sweet =)
i dont like the slide show of the couple wedding pics...
cause it's super duper simple...
powerpoint slide...
with one animation...

overall, it's their wedding; nt mine...
but at least i learn the goods & the bads...
anyway, ytd oso let me see & realised that my boss is actually quite a 大男人!
which i dont like...
he said to the rest that as an elder, they shld nt stand to welcome the couple into the ballroom and to give toast...
he said that it's a disrespect to ask the elder to stand...
to me, i think it's crapz...
it's their wedding so he shld respect them...
how to gain respect if he dont respect them in the first place?
even their parents stand...
so what make him so special and not to stand...
and yes, he really din stand when giving toast...
so out of place... so weird...
somehow i feel disgrace sitting in the same table as him...
imagine everybody staring at him cause he isnt standing...
haixxx... dont understand his thinking...
cause nt all older generation think like him leh...
well... some of my colleagues follow him...
but that's cause they are indian!
and they wont know the right custom or whatsoever...
