i feel that there is a need to blog and rant about anything.. and everything!!
life is NEVER fair!!
BLOODY HELL!!!
case 1: told my manager today got meeting... a meeting regarding something which i do not understand... hence, i know im incapable to hold the meeting...
BUT!!!
she did not attend because she forgotten cuz she went to HQ cuz my colleague need to do some work at HQ... and apparently, she is there to help or what.. the work at HQ have always been done by one person...
HENCE!!!
the meeting ended on sour note... and seriously, this meeting is meaningless!!!
the thing is... my SM talked to me abt case 1... then blah blah blah... goes his history stories... it's helpful... but useless too... cause he expect me to get it done...
so... i go and find the person who is supposed to be responsible according to my SM... BUT... he said he is not responsible...
then... there is this 3rd person who is involved as well... and he gave me another STORY!!
3 DIFFERENT STORIES!!!
im not there at that point of time...
it's so damnit unfair for me to judge who is right n who is wrong...

and there is this colleague of mine (in my grp)...
i can tell u man...
he is the best Senior Manager (SM)'s pet ever...
no la... rather he just act on anybody's command...
don't have a mind of his own!!!
SM mentioned that he shld get this ppl, that ppl down for meeting about this, about that...
blah blah blah
and he really did it...!
and who is the person to hold the meeting??
ME!!

the point is... many times, i don't see the point of asking the ppl down for meeting when i don't really have anything to tell them... and it will seem like we're wasting ppl time... and they are wasting our (my) time...
there is a thing call EMAIL...
and like case 1, it can be discuss via email...!!

i know my contractor SUX!!!
and yah yah... i shld FIRE them!!!
but it's seriously not as easy as what all of u said...
im super super pissed off with EVERYTHING!!!
i think it's probably cuz i don't seem to have alot of things to do...
but i do have ALOT of things to do...
and my BRAIN is malfunctioning!!!
just feel that i got the blame indirectly for everything i do...
my SM never scold me directly...
he scold those in my team...
to me
and i didn't scold them..
because they always tell me what they are going to do b4 they do...
and i always acknowledge it...
which mean i give the approval...
so if he really wanna scold, he shld scold me!!!
and who shld i scold?
my inexperience lor...
i cannot don't admit...
i love my SM's experiences...
he knows alot...
or rather he seems to know alot...
but i cannot don't say...
many times i do extra things which my manager asked me to do as a favour to her...
i do... cuz she is my manager...

i just don't like ALOT of ppl telling me what to do for ONE single case...
too many cooks spoilt the soup...
but i cannot say i don't need ANYBODY to tell me what to do...
cuz i will DIE...
but when i got too many DIFFERENT IDEAS...
how do i know which is the best??
and which one to use???
and shld i see the rank in order to choose the best ideas?
i can't...!
and to eliminate the ideas one by one...
it takes TIME...
and most of the time, i do not have TIME...
u all will come and ask me how is it...
how this, how that...
they are chasing...
blah blah blah...
PLUS... the pet colleague...
he will keep reminding me everyday...
and ask me this, ask me that...
now, he made me feel that he is one of my superiors...
which is NOT!!!
it's good that he's one such goodie external memory space...
but... it irritate me alot as well...

looking forward to my bangkok trip with my boii...
the best part of my day is to look forward to knocking off to meet my boii...
he is in one of his BEST mood recently...
so it's great... really...
