tired of all this shty...
internal 'conflict'...
imagine u send email internally...
scolding someone indirectly internally...
and it's nt even the person fault...
it's someone in the other team fault...

i replied to the email...
very untactfully...
and tell straight in the face is not the person in our team at fault...
it's someone else...
and i have to cc that someone...
and kinda push the fault directly to him...

my manager said im too untactful...
i agree...

my boii always said...
i talk like i want to see blood with one stab...
too self-centered...

seriously...
i dun care if they (my colleagues) going to ''not friend me'' because of it...
i just want to get the msg across...

like alina said...
the point of communication is to get the msg across...
so what's the pt of email-ing if they still don't get it...

as a team leader...
i hope we move as a team...
and protect each other...
but they just push the blame to each other in the team...
maybe they don't know...
i always tried to protect all of them...
and all blames i believe shld be to me...
for who ask me be team leader...
*damn*
i believe they did not attend camp b4...
the problem with age gap...
so i shld get some bonding session for them?
they are too old for it bah...

if they are still going to kill each other internally,
my whole team will die...
somehow...
and i don't have that much strength to maintain that limited bond...
